This SMS Privacy Policy & Terms of Service ("SMS Terms") describes how Realty ONE Group West ("ROG West," "we," "us") uses text messaging (SMS/MMS) to communicate with agents, prospective agents, and other individuals who provide us a mobile number through joinrogwest.com, our forms, or in person. These SMS Terms supplement our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
By submitting your mobile phone number through any ROG West form, or by texting us first, you agree to receive text messages from Realty ONE Group West and its authorized representatives at the number provided, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of joining ROG West or of purchasing any product or service.
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. You may receive a small number of messages when you first inquire, and periodic messages thereafter. We do not guarantee a fixed number of messages per month.
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data charges will apply to each message sent or received. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You may cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send further texts unless you opt back in. To rejoin, reply START or submit a new form on our site.

Our messaging is supported by major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, Cricket, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We collect your mobile number, the content of messages you send us, and delivery metadata in order to provide the communications described above. No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with subcontractors and service providers (such as our CRM and messaging platform) solely to support the delivery of these messages; those providers are prohibited from using your mobile information for any other purpose. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party for marketing purposes.
All other collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the mobile information we hold about you by contacting us at the phone number or email address below. Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.
