Refer a Colleague

It all begins here, but there are some rules that apply.

• You must be a current Realty One Group West agent to refer.

• When you refer an outside agent and they sign up, you will receive $200. 

• You can also receive $500 per transaction upon the successful closing of your referrals first two sale transactions under Realty One Group West. Sales must close prior to 12/31/24.

• In order for this promotion to apply, the referred agent must be a new contact and cannot have been licensed under Realty One Group West previously. 

• If someone has been referred by two or more different agents, the first referring agent will get the credit.

• By submitting the referral form on this page, you agree to be bound by the above rules and restrictions of this referral promotion, and consent to our use of your name as a reference when we contact the referred agent.
